Important Deadlines & Dates
April 1 – Complete profile & form questions
April 15 – Upload your head shots NOTE: Main headshot must be medium (shoulders) and above at widest; Full length shots are welcome as supplemental. One required. We welcome up to 3 total.
July 1 – Submit 15-30 second B-Roll video of you walking down the street. Can be done on a good camera phone. (click for examples)
July 11 – Confirm name for your ONE guest ticket. You will forfeit your guest ticket if you do not meet this deadline.
July 16 – Confirm need for complimentary vendor table. You will forfeit your vendor space if you do not meet this deadline.
